FEDERAL CONSTITUTION OF MALAYSIA
The Federal Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land of Malaysia. Our fundamental liberties are provided for in this Constitution. Fundamental liberties are the rights and freedom that each individual have as a human being.
There are nine fundamental rights guaranteed in Part II of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. These fundamental liberties are set out in Article 5 to Article 13 of the Constitution.
As part of our group assignment, we have decided to do a reflection for three fundamental liberties out of the nine that are listed in the Federal Constitution. In this e-portfolio, our team has decided to look into three provisions of the fundamental liberties.
